Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final. However, we also believe in treating customers fairly.

If you purchase one of our guides and genuinely feel that you did not receive value from the product, contact us within 5 days of purchase and we’ll review your request.

We may offer a refund if:

• You experienced a technical issue accessing the product
• You accidentally purchased the same product twice
• You genuinely feel the guide provided no value or did not match the description
